Allstate Licensed Insurance Sales-Remote

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person, with a desire to make a difference for individuals and families by helping them to protect their assets.

Only apply if you have a Property and Casualty Insurance license as we are seeking experienced candidates only. Allstate experience is a plus.

You will sell and market our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. The agency has a successful colossal marketing plan that provides unlimited Warm Transfer Le from telemarketing firms for our sales people to quote and close.

We offer a salary, plus a very generous commission plan, and a 401k with a 3% company match. Working from home may be an option depending on the candidate and location.

Salary Range: $90000.00 - $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Prospecting and generating new business through le & referral sources.

Requirements

Property & Casualty insurance license is Required

• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
