Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans for all critical business functions and processes. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential threats to business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity plans are up-to-date and aligned with company goals and objectives. Coordinate and conduct regular testing and drills to evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity plans. Serve as the subject matter expert on business continuity, providing guidance and support to all levels of the organization. Monitor and assess the impact of external events on the company's operations and make recommendations for mitigation strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for business continuity efforts. Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in business continuity and integrate them into the company's plans and processes. Act as the primary point of contact for any business disruptions and lead the response and recovery efforts. Communicate business continuity plans and updates to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners. Keep detailed records and documentation of all business continuity activities and incidents. Continuously review and improve business continuity plans based on lessons learned and changing business needs. Educate and train employees on their roles and responsibilities in the event of a business disruption. Identify and implement technology solutions to support business continuity efforts.
