Customer Service (English & Bahasa Malaysia)

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
Basic Salary: RM2,300–RM2,500 per month
Job Type: Full-time, 24-month contract
Working Hours: Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints through the channels assigned to the project.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Record customer interactions and update case details in the system.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication and meet service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer skills.
• Patient, customer-focused and willing to learn.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Customer service experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: RM2,300–RM2,500 per month, depending on the assigned project.
• KPI incentives and applicable allowances, subject to project terms.
• Training provided.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
