NOC Engineer II - Overnight

Working the overnight shift from 6pm PT to 7am PT, the full-time NOC Engineer II - Overnight will troubleshoot and resolve network outages, manage incident tickets, and liaise between engineering groups and client staff, either from Las Vegas or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and service interruptions across layers 1-3
• Utilize network monitoring tools to diagnose, record, and resolve issues while providing timely ticket updates
• Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with both technical and non-technical personnel

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
• CCNA Certification or higher
• Experience with TCP/IP, IP addressing, and routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF
• Familiarity with LAN configurations, Wi-Fi/WLANs, and network services like DHCP and DNS
• Strong customer-facing skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
