Project Coordinator, Clinical Supply

Job Description:

• Manage key Clinical Supply Chain documentation, tasks, and simple packaging activities in a GMP environment
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute activities supporting CSPMs
• Ensure timely availability of investigational drug supplies and related services to clinical sites and depots
• Translate stability and packaging requests into executed packaging designs
• Identify, develop, communicate, and track task completion dates, activities, logistics, and milestones
• Create protocol-specific manufacturing and packaging work orders with the CSPM
• Complete tasks for the Center of Excellence team upon CSPM request
• Coordinate with Clinical Drug Supply Chain teams and Germany counterparts to support clinical drug transfers from Lake County

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in physical science, math, engineering or pharmacy
• 0–2+ years total experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
• Experience or knowledge of clinical supply chain documentation, tasks, and packaging activities in a GMP environment
• Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute clinical supply chain activities
• Ability to create protocol-specific manufacturing and packaging work orders
• Ability to identify, develop, communicate, and track task completion dates, activities, logistics, and milestones
• Ability to collaborate with Clinical Drug Supply Chain, R43E, Analytical, Quality, and Germany counterparts
