Remote Customer Agent
What This Role Is
Help individuals and families explore life and health coverage options based on their needs and budget. In this remote, phone-based role, you will connect with people who have requested information, explain available plans, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.
You'll build relationships through follow-up conversations, helping people understand their options and make informed decisions. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule allows you to manage your workday while meeting full-time expectations.
Day to Day
- Speak by phone with individuals and families who have requested coverage information
- Review available life and health coverage options based on each person's needs and budget
- Explain plan features, benefits, and costs in clear, easy-to-understand terms
- Guide interested individuals through applications and enrollment
- Follow up with people who need additional information or time to review their options
- Maintain organized records of calls, questions, and follow-up activity
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people by phone throughout the workday
- Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up
- Able to explain information clearly and answer questions professionally
- Basic computer skills and a reliable home workspace with internet access
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or other client-facing roles is helpful
- Willingness to work in a performance-based compensation structure

Pay: $67,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
