[Remote] Implementation Project Manager- Temp

The temporary Implementation Project Manager coordinates client implementation activities, maintains accurate project records, manages cross-functional communications and schedules, and supports invoicing, billing, and reputed company tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding project backlog
• Validate project data with customers and/or partner installers to ensure accurate reputed company and status to set up the project
• Define actionable next steps for projects while involving, aligning and managing relevant stakeholders across teams
• Maintain implementation project tracking record - update and track project reputed company, and project is in Implementation Project Manager’s workflow for completion
• Prioritize work queues to ensure projects and communications are progressing
• Manage schedules, activities, and communications with cross functional teams
• Coordinate invoicing requests and validate billing/payment inquiries
• Communicate with internal departments (client success managers, technical teams, finance, and sales teams) and our customer to ensure a smooth and positive client service experience
• Stay informed on inventory and tracking of materials needed for projects

Skills

• Up to 1+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role

• Prior experience working with email platforms and SFDC
