Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is presenting an opportunity with an award-winning executive search firm seeking a Technology Search Recruiter to support its Technology Search Practice. The part-time contractor will source and screen technology candidates, present qualified candidates for client requisitions, manage multiple direct-hire searches, and maintain candidate and search activity records.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through reputed company Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
• Screen candidates to evaluate their experience, qualifications, motivations, and overall fit
• Present qualified candidates for active client requisitions
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
• Partner closely with the Technology Search team to understand search requirements and establish sourcing priorities
• Manage 5-10 direct-hire searches simultaneously
• Maintain accurate candidate and search activity within the firm’s applicant tracking system
• Recruit across the broader technology ecosystem, including: Data/AI/ML, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and additional functions within the technology ecosystem

Skills

• Successful experience recruiting technology professionals within an agency or executive search environment
• Track record of producing approximately $350,000 or more in annual direct-hire fees
• Ability to independently manage five to ten direct-hire searches at one time
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills
• Experience recruiting across multiple technology disciplines and levels of seniority
• Recruiters with a combination of direct-hire and contract staffing experience will also be considered
• Ability to quickly learn the firm's processes and contribute with minimal ramp-up time
• Availability to consistently work approximately 20 hours per week
• Strong preference for candidates with direct-hire or permanent placement experience
