Job Title: SAP Project Manager
Location: Remote (Travel up to 50%)
Duration: 6 months + possible ext

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing SAP programs across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution, with strong communication skills and the ability to partner with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation projects from planning through go-live.
Manage geographically distributed teams, ensuring delivery across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Distribution.
Establish governance, KPIs, SLAs, and executive reporting to drive operational consistency and customer satisfaction.
Direct quarterly SAP releases, escalations, and continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration across modules (TM, WM, MM, FICO, SD OTC).
Oversee deployment readiness, cutover planning, risk management, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

10+ years of SAP Project Management experience, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Strong background in SAP Activate Methodology, ITIL-based service delivery, and PMO governance.
Hands-on experience with SAP modules: TM, WM, MM, FICO, SD OTC, and Service Management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
Availability to lead projects with go-live between March September.

Preferred Skills

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, distribution, or consumer products industries.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Tableau.
Strong leadership in building support organizations and managing executive-level reporting.
