Verification for home insurance

stupid stipulation for loan need to have someone verify owner and family that lives in my home how many animals and some of stupidest garbage ever heard.

They want a non family member reference as had son who is 21 and not living with me wasn't what they wanted friends are like no way need someone to verify names address and must have phone no idea if will call or not.

Want to be above board and have zoom call for family and etc. thank you in advance.

Must be us based or have US address in case they mail a form. Can be anywhere in US.
